Russell Kolins is a national recognized Security Consultant and Crowd Control Specialist specializing in the Hospitality, Entertainment and Tourism industries, which encompasses nighclubs, bars, restaurants, hotel/motel, stadiums/arenas, parking lots and other social gathering and assembly venues. Russ also serves as an expert litigation witness in these fields as well as high rise and mulit unit/dwelling residential properties and hospital security. Russell serves on the faculty of the University of Louisville, Department of Criminal Justice, Southern Police Institute, where he is the CPTED Instructor. He not only teaches at the University but also at various Law Enforcement Training Centers that contract for on-site instruction with the University. He is a Subject Matter Expert and lectures nationally.
